What's different about this kind of site prep
Manufactured home foundations have specific pad and pier requirements set by the manufacturer and local code, which are often more particular about level tolerance than a standard site-built pad. We grade to those specs rather than a general "level enough" standard.

Lot size and existing condition, how much clearing is needed, distance and complexity of utility runs, and whether the access road needs to be built or improved for a home delivery truck.

We trench and run the lines to the connection points; final hookup to the home is typically done by the utility or a licensed trade once the home is set.
What if the access road isn't wide enough for a delivery truck?
We can grade and build out access to the width and turning radius a home delivery requires — flag this early so it's part of the initial scope.
Do manufactured homes need a different pad than a site-built house?
