What’s not included
We’d rather be straight about the edges than surprise you later.
- Ongoing SEO or link building. This is a build, not a retainer. The site is designed to rank on its own structure and content.
- Paid ads management. Not our lane.
- Photography. We’ll use your photos and pull licensed stock where there are gaps, but we don’t send a photographer.
- E-commerce or booking systems. If you need online scheduling, we can integrate a third-party tool but the subscription is yours.
- Year two hosting. Roughly $15–$25/month after the first year, on any host you like.

How we can do this for $2,000
Because we built the system once and we’re not rebuilding it for you. The page architecture, the templates, the schema, the internal-linking logic — all of that is done. What changes per client is the design layer, your service list, your town list, and the writing. That’s the work we charge for. An agency quoting you $12,000 for the same thing is charging you to rediscover the architecture.
The trade-off is honest: you get a proven structure, not a bespoke one. If you need a custom web app, a member portal, or a 400-SKU store, we are the wrong shop and we’ll tell you on the call.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really flat, or does it creep?
Flat. The only way the number changes is if you buy an add-on off the list above, and that is your call, in writing, before we build it.
What if I already have a website?
Better. We keep the domain, preserve anything that already ranks, and set up 301 redirects from your old URLs so you do not lose the traffic you have. Your old site stays up until launch day.
Do I have to keep paying you to keep the site?
No. After year one you pay a host directly, roughly $15 to $25 a month. If you never speak to us again the site keeps working.
How long until I actually rank?
Honest answer: location and combination pages in low-competition towns often start showing up in 4 to 10 weeks. Competitive core terms in a metro take longer, sometimes 6 months or more. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is selling something else.
What if I hate the design?
You see the design before we write 50 pages against it. There is one full revision round included, and in practice most of the changes happen at that stage.
Do you work outside my trade?
We build for any local service business with a real service area and a real service list. Fencing, concrete, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, tree work, pressure washing, pest control, landscaping, garage doors, junk removal. If your customers search by town, this works.
